An app for long-distance couples who want to feel close, not just text

Distance steals the small stuff — the offhand mood, the photo you almost sent, the goodnight you meant to say. Arcov is a quiet space for the two of you to keep those moments, even when you're an ocean apart.

The problem with staying close over text

Messaging apps are built for logistics and group chats, not for feeling someone's day from far away. The thread fills up, the important feelings get buried under plans and links, and "how are you, really?" turns into "good, you?"

Arcov is the opposite of a feed. There's no one else in it — just you and your partner, and a handful of small rituals designed to close the distance in 30 seconds a day.

How Arcov helps when you're apart

Mood check-ins. A 30-second mood share so your partner can feel your day without you having to explain it. You see each other's mood on your home screen and in a home-screen widget.

Buzz & Hug. One tap sends a Buzz — a little "thinking of you" that reaches across the gap. Press and hold to send a Hug; the longer you hold, the warmer it lands.

Daily letters. Write one real letter a day, with an optional photo. They're sealed, kept forever, and become the most personal thing you share.

A shared question a day. One gentle prompt you both answer — neither sees the other's answer until you've both written. It's a reason to learn something new about each other on an ordinary Tuesday.

An encrypted memory vault. Photos, voice notes, and little drawings, end-to-end encrypted on your devices before they ever upload. Not even we can see them.

Private by design

Everything you write to each other — letters, mood notes, vault photos and captions, daily answers — is end-to-end encrypted. No ads, no data sales, no other users to browse. If you lose your phone, your partner can help you recover your vault.

It's a private app for just the two of you — built for the relationship, not for an audience.

Frequently asked

Is Arcov free for long-distance couples?

Yes — Arcov is free during the beta. The first 50 couples keep free access forever, the next 50 get 12 months free. See Founding 2026 pricing for what happens after.

Does it work across different time zones?

Yes. Arcov is built for time-zone gaps — moods, letters, and your daily question all respect each partner's local day. See Arcov for couples in different time zones.

Do we both need to sign up separately?

Only one of you signs up. You'll get a link to invite your partner and pair instantly from inside the app — no separate sign-ups.
